25 Oct G3 scoop Auction House of the Year at Car Dealer Power Awards

On Wednesday, 13^th October, G3 Vehicle Auctions were victorious in 2021’s Car Dealer Power Awards, taking home the prestigious Auction House of the Year Award.

Car Dealer Magazine’s, James Batchelor, virtually awarded G3 the Auction House of the Year, in front of more than 50 members of staff and families during a get-together at Castleford.

James went on to congratulate G3. ‘Our winner has invested in amazing new facilities and offers customers a hand whenever they need it’.

Followed by Sales Director, Nick Thompson, thanking the car industry for voting for us and staff for the part they played in the award win. ‘We are absolutely over the moon to win this award. The last 18 months we’ve spent a lot of time and money in our infrastructure and building this business but it’s testament to our staff and the fact that we’ve been voted by dealers themselves, it makes it that bit sweeter’

Nick continued to say: ‘We’ve tried to create a unique experience for both vendor and buyer. We have the latest technology so our buyers can have everything at their fingertips, and we have a really pleasant place for people to come to.’

We also caught up with staff on the night to find out how they felt about picking up this honour. Front of House Assistant, Molly Reather said ‘It feels like you are part of something quite special. It’s a community, there is a real sense comradery with us and that’s what has made us so great’.

Service Delivery Manager, Jack Hobson said ‘It’s a real showcase of the amazing work we are doing here, we’ve put a lot of work into this site and it shows the efforts we are putting in to progress the business but also move forward in the market’.
