The current G3 Leeds site at Premier Way, LS26 8ZA will close on Tuesday 22nd December 2020 as we migrate to our new site over the Christmas period and reopen on Monday 4th January 2021 at our new home of Junction 32 of the M62 (behind Xscape) on Thunderhead Ridge, WF10 4UA.
As we will have a mixture of Christmas shutdowns, old sites, new sites and vehicles to move, we have documented all answers together in one big FAQ section to help buyers during this transitional period.
Our final sale events of 2020 are;
Monday 14th December – Elite Sale 10am
Tuesday 15th December – Essential Sale 12pm
Thursday 17th December – Economy Sale 12pm

Vehicles not collected before this deadline will be subject to a £25+VAT admin fee, plus daily storage charges over the festive period of closure. We will continue to operate our ‘Click & Collect’ appointment service until we close for the Christmas break. You will get a link to book an available appointment via your payment confirmation email. Please note, to protect our customers and team members, there are only a set number of appointments each day, we highly recommend booking yours ASAP when you receive your confirmation email to avoid disappointment.

We aim to make our sales at the new site a physical auction once again. To manage the number of people on site we will be offering a limited number of visitors (subject to the current COVID guidelines)

We want can not wait to open the doors to customers again, but to do so we will need to ensure that we meet the guidelines set out by the Government in the new year depending on the latest COVID restrictions. We will update all attendees ahead of the sale events with further details.
The safety of both our staff and customers is of paramount importance to us and to ensure that we follow Government guidelines, we ask that whilst on our premises you follow our simple requests. We will be providing numerous automatic hand sanitiser stations, please wear masks at all times, follow social distancing guidelines. If you are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay safe at home and don’t visit us. We will have a strict cleaning regime of all touchpoints regularly throughout each sale event.

For the most part, yes, we will be migrating our current sale days across to the new site to open with. We have been running a number of surveys to ask our loyal buyers what times suit them best, and the results have seen us amend the times slightly, namely;
We will continue to review the requirements of buyers, vendors and vehicles regularly to see if this schedule will continue into 2021.
Yes, due to COVID-19 restrictions and to protect all our customers and team members, we still need to manage the number of people on-site at any time. Therefore will continue with the current Click & Collect appointments at the site, albeit with an easier site layout and one single location.

This system will be reviewed periodically and adjusted as restrictions are eased in the UK.
No. We can only accept Online Bank Transfers for all payments and deposits at present.
Will not be accepting any Card Payments at this time. If you have a query with payment please speak to the accounts team before visiting the site.
