Overview

The Buyer Experience Manager will liaise directly with our existing trade buyers ensuring that they receive a first-class experience, as well as attracting new buyers to the business and supporting the G3 sale events.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a enthusiastic individual to join a rapidly-growing automotive business with 2 sites; with a brand new state-of-the-art Vehicle Auction site opened in January 2021 at Junction 32 of M62 (Castleford) and a specialist vehicle auction centre at Junction 30 of the M62 (Leeds).

The newly created position will both nurture and enhance the relationships we offer to the buyers who attend sales and purchase vehicles from G3. By working alongside Customer Service, Operations, Business Development and Marketing teams, the candidate will develop lasting relationships with both existing and potential new buyers.

 

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the post will support the ambitious growth plans for the G3 brand in the automotive industry, both locally and nationally, which began in 2021 as the business migrated to the new headquarters. This role is a key hire in creating a buyer centric ethos at G3 to satisfy the growing needs of car dealers and enables us to stay ahead of the pack in what is a competitive industry in our region.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the needs of buyers pre and post-sale and driving attendance at up to 4 weekly sale events, whilst maximising the appeal of the vehicles on offer to buyers at G3.
